I have been using this as a day cream along with the serum since last summer and I actually see quite a big difference in my skin. It looks more "plump" with fewer fine lines and more glow. I've even been asked if I've had any procedures (like fillers), which I absolutely haven't. I have dry skin with some eczema in the winter. This cream is gentle on the skin and lovely to use.
