Why does it stop working right away?
Hey Lyko! I just got my satisfyer and was really eager to try it out, so I charged it for an hour and then explored it a bit. It worked perfectly for the first use and I was super happy :) However, I let it charge again to full and tested it again, and now the air pressure waves don't work like they did before :( Did I do something wrong? Do you have tips on how I can get it to work again? Do I have the right to return it and get a new one if it's broken?
