Potential in the long term - moderately impressive in the short term

I found that L’Oréal Professionnel Absolut Repair Molecular made my hair softer, smoother, shinier, and more manageable already after the first use. The effect lasted about one to two days, and the hair looked fresh and well cared for, although in my opinion the result did not quite match the product’s premium price. The product feels economical, which is a plus, but unfortunately the pump really detracts from the overall impression. The pump causes the product to splatter even when trying to dose carefully. The scent is nice and feels luxurious, but also quite heavy and distinctive. The scent probably appeals to a fairly small target group; personally, I would have preferred a different scent. I will definitely use up the product, and it gives a nice, almost frizz-free result, but I probably wouldn’t have bought it at full price. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester received the product for free. #Smartson #Lorealprofessionnel

    Perfect for heatless curls!

Note: The pictures are a result of using shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in balm from the same series. Initially, I was confused about how the product is recommended to be used. On this product page (at the time of writing), it says to apply it to wet hair, as does Redken's own website, but on the packaging, it instructs to apply the product to dry hair. (see attached pictures) So, I have tested the product on both wet and dry hair. Regardless of how it is intended to be used, this was the product I was most skeptical about, precisely because it is a balm – I expected it to weigh the hair down. But on the contrary, I was positively surprised. The product clearly softens the lengths, reduces frizz, and provides good control without negatively affecting volume. The hair feels light but at the same time more gathered and well cared for. Extra plus for also working on dry ends days after washing, where it actually gives a fuller feeling without becoming greasy. The scent is as good as the rest of the series. A really good leave-in that I would definitely consider buying myself! The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester received the product free of charge.

Works well, but weighs down a bit

Note: the pictures are a result of using shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in balm from the same series. The conditioner detangles the hair well and gives a soft and smooth feeling after use. The hair feels cared for without becoming greasy, but at the same time, I find that it tends to weigh down a bit more than I would have liked. It definitely provides a functional and good result, especially in combination with the shampoo, but it doesn't quite reach the same level as the other products in the series. The scent is, just like the rest of the series, very pleasant and contributes to a more luxurious feeling. Overall, a good conditioner that does its job, but the price makes it feel less justified to buy again. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the test pilot received the product for free.

Does its job and smells wonderful!

Note: the pictures are a result of using shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in balm from the same series. The shampoo cleans the hair very effectively without feeling drying, which is otherwise common in this type of more “repairing” series. The hair feels clean right after washing but still relatively soft and manageable even before conditioner. The consistency is easy to work up and gives a good lather. Love the scent! This is a shampoo that gives a clear fresh result and a good base for the rest of the series. The only thing that slightly detracts from the overall is the price, which makes me hesitate to buy it myself despite the result. Direct glass skin glow

The first impression was positive when I saw that it was a two-part mask, as it usually works best for the fit. The actual application worked okay but wasn't particularly comfortable the whole time. However, the mask gave a clear and immediate “glass skin” effect with hydrated skin and a nice glow that lasted the rest of the day. The effect felt more temporary than long-lasting. Therefore, the mask is nice for occasions when you want extra glow, but considering the price, I find it less worthwhile than the cream. Affordable day cream with a clear “glass skin” effect

I have tested L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler Glass Skin Liquid Cream morning and evening for three weeks according to the instructions. The cream has a light and quite neutral consistency that absorbs relatively quickly into the skin. Right after application, it gives a clear “glass skin” effect with a nice glow and a hydrated feeling that lasts for several hours. However, in the long run, I didn’t notice any significant change in the skin’s texture or glow, but as a day cream with a cosmetic effect, it really works perfectly! It also works well under makeup and gives a more luminous finish, even though I felt that the makeup held somewhat worse than usual. I had no negative skin reactions during the testing period. Overall, I find the cream to be very affordable and something I could definitely see myself buying! Strong setting spray for sensitive skin

I have used the setting spray three times – during a long workday, while exercising, and at a party – over a medium coverage base on dry and sensitive skin. The spray distribution is relatively fine and even, but the drying time is quick, leaving a distinctly tight feeling. The scent is strong and the product causes noticeable irritation, which is a significant downside for me with sensitive skin. The fixing effect is moderate: the longevity improves somewhat compared to without the spray, but the makeup does not hold evenly throughout the day. It does not affect the base's finish, which I think is a big plus. Overall, it performs worse than comparable alternatives and may be best suited for very heavy makeup where long-lasting fixation is prioritized over comfort. For a stable scalp - with unexpected volume on the side

I had the opportunity to test Kérastase Specifique Potentialiste via Smartson. Design: The bottle feels luxurious and well-made. The pipette looks professional, but the application becomes very clumsy. The recommendation of three pipettes per use feels excessive, especially on dry hair. About 1-2 pipettes are sufficient to cover the scalp. Quality: The serum has a light, fresh, and pleasant feel on the scalp, and I noticed no irritation or discomfort. The scent is really nice – discreet but exclusive – and it gives a freshly washed feeling without weighing the hair down. Effect: I feel that my scalp has become more balanced and less dry. The effect came gradually and was not immediately dramatic, but noticeable over time. An unexpected bonus was the volume – when I massaged the serum in properly, it gave the hair a lift that I didn't expect. Function: The product met my expectations overall. It does its job without feeling heavy or sticky. I would recommend it to others, especially to those who want a more harmonious scalp while keeping airy hair with volume. I am participating in a test panel and received a free test product.

    Reliable and affordable mascara

I had the opportunity to test this product via Smartson. I was very hopeful before trying this mascara, and I could really love this mascara if it weren't for the difficult packaging. When I have enough time and calm, the application is close to what I want it to be. For the mascara to do the job it promises, you have to wipe the brush thoroughly before applying. If you do that, the result is so much better! The large brush makes it hard for my long, but thin lower lashes to get any mascara on them. But, once in place, the mascara holds on tight! Even through drizzle and workouts.

Plumpers and fillers - but not for long.

I had the opportunity to try the product for free via Smartson! The lip gloss in the color 001 Blush Blaze comes in a solid tube with a bit of weight. I really like that! It gives a luxurious feel. The applicator is notably large, but I experience absolutely no mess or spill on the edges. Overall, the packaging is definitely user-friendly. Right upon application, the product starts to sting quite a bit, but only plumps a little. The stinging is quite intense, and not for the pain-sensitive. The color and finish are really nice, but nothing that stands out. I will definitely use the lip gloss until it's gone, but I won't repurchase it.
