Estelle & Thild BioCleanse Multi-Action Cleanser Gel is a very gentle and mild cleanser, and it works well for sensitive skin – but we totally understand that it can be seen as a downside that it doesn't effectively remove makeup on its own. A good tip is to use it as step 2 in a double cleanse, where you first use an oil-based cleanser or micellar water to remove the makeup, and then follow up with this gel to cleanse the skin deeply.
