Luxurious to have the opportunity to test Lancôme Absolue Longevity MD, 50 ml!
The product comes with an application routine that is lovely in itself (see Lancôme's video).
I have used the product for two weeks. Therefore, it is difficult to say anything about all the promised effects.
In the first week, the difference in radiance and reduced pores was most visible. After two weeks, I feel that the cream mostly gives radiance and shimmer, which admittedly makes wrinkles less prominent and also feels beneficial for the skin.
The cream feels active but mild; it only stings and burns on damaged skin. Without the cream, I feel the skin is a bit tighter than before, which makes me consider the long-term effects.
The consistency is moderately creamy without being greasy, it absorbs nicely into the skin, and it feels like it lets the skin breathe. Neutral and pleasant scent.
The silver and heavy jar seems to be of good quality, but there is a lot of jar compared to the amount of cream. Good that there is a refill to buy. I prefer creams in tubes, so I use a spatula to keep the cream clean.
After two weeks, I have used half of the content. So I would not classify the cream as particularly economical. That, combined with the price, lowers the overall impression. It is hard to justify for myself buying a cream that costs as much as half a year at the gym.
So, two weeks with Lancôme Absolue Longevity MD mainly give a nice radiance and shimmer, a pleasant, light consistency, and a lovely application routine. The cream feels mild but is not particularly economical. A luxurious impression, but considering the consumption and price, I have so far found it hard to motivate myself to buy. I still look forward to what happens with the skin in the coming weeks with the remaining cream. Hopeful!
I am participating in a test panel and have received a free test product.
