I'm sorry to hear that the By Lyko Perfume Refill Case 5 ml did not meet your expectations and that it leaked in your bag ❤️ The case is designed to be leak-proof when properly closed, so this can sometimes happen if it has not been tightened properly after refilling, if it has been overfilled, or if the internal mechanism/seal has not locked correctly. I hope you manage to get it working properly and if you suspect that something is wrong with the product, you are of course welcome to contact us 💌
