Combine multiple lights?
I just got the mask home and want to combat fine lines and acne, so I want to use red and blue light. But I can't figure out the rules around it. I understand - what you can do is split the time, so 5 minutes of each light one after the other. Start a little slow and feel on your skin how it feels after/the next day.
