Good basic eyebrow pencil.
An affordable "dry" eyebrow pencil that still provides good pigment. Easy to sharpen and the cap brush helps with shaping. A bit darker than I expected, but that can be fixed and even has its own advantage. I recommend.1 product in post Good basic eyebrow pencil.117 views
