Hi. I just picked up my latest order which included Medik8 Crystal Retinal 6. I was about to try it now, but noticed that the tube is half full. Is it supposed to be like that? It’s kind of flat halfway down the tube where there’s no product. Considering the price, I would expect it to at least be full even though it only contains 30ml.

This comes as 30 ml, and this type of tube/airless solution often leaves some space and can look flat further down without the amount being less. Gently massage the tube so the contents distribute and prime the pump with a few presses until product comes out. If it still clearly seems underfilled: file a complaint via My Pages 16 Order History 16 select your order 16 Complaint and attach photos of the tube, and we will assist further. Crystal Retinal is a faster form of vitamin A than retinol, so start gradually in the evening and use sunscreen during the day.
