      Heihei Thank you so much for your feedback, this is great for us to take with us moving forward It’s unfortunate to hear that the product hasn’t quite met your expectations If you’re experiencing active acne and want to reduce impurities, it’s important to use a full skincare routine morning and night, preferably a complete kit. (oil-based cleanser, water-based cleanser, toner, serum, exfoliator, moisturizer, and SPF). Unfortunately, it’s not possible to remove impurities with just one product, as reducing impurities is a process that can take longer and requires patience. I don’t have insight into your skincare routines, so it’s a bit difficult to see any potential areas for improvement and/or changes that could lead to better results. If you had such a strong reaction, I recommend getting an allergy test from your doctor so you can rule out or confirm any potential allergies. It could also be that this simply isn’t suitable for your skin type, skin condition, and the products you’re using in addition. This cleansing is meant for combination to oily skin with high sebum production and is not suitable for sensitive or dry skin.
