Did not receive the item
I did not receive it when I ordered it in a package with a lipliner. I have tried to file a complaint and describe the issue that I did not get the item but have not received any response, and when I try to send again it says "Unknown error"

  Hey Ellen 🌸 I don't know how long you've been using it, but if you've been using it regularly for at least 6-8 weeks without any effect, it might be worth trying another product or consulting a skin therapist.
