After the first use, I lost some hair but thought it was a one-time thing. After a few uses, I saw that I was losing as much hair as the first time, which doesn't happen with regular shampoo and conditioner for me. In the picture, it's after this duo, as mentioned, I do not recommend! Editing: I forgot to mention that it smells extremely strong and the products turn out to have quite a bit of silicones in them.
