      Hi Emelie 👋 Since this oil has a two-phase formula, it has a slightly thinner consistency than a traditional oil. If the consistency feels strange even after shaking the bottle, and you suspect there might be something wrong with the product, I would recommend filing a complaint so we can take a closer look!
