    Scalp Serum

    Hey, I opened my bottle yesterday and immediately felt that something was off. It says it should be gel-like in consistency and not runny. Mine dripped a lot and I got completely wet at the scalp. Is it really supposed to be like this?

      Hi Emelie Oh, if you think something is wrong with your product, I would like to ask you to register a complaint 1. Log in to your account 2. Click on the icon MY PAGES 3. Then select Order history (lyko.com/en/my-pages/order-history) 4. Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about 5. Click on the icon COMPLAINT 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product 7. Choose from the dropdown how you would like to be compensated for an approved complaint 8. Confirm by clicking SEND (You will receive feedback within 24 hours) Take care!
