      Hey Emelie 🤗 How unfortunate that the result was not at all what you expected. A little bit about this product is that it can never lighten an existing hair color. The exact color result depends on your existing hair color and hair quality. The color treatment does not suit uncolored hair but should be used to refresh already colored hair as it enhances the hair color you already have 🤍
