    Transition from 10% to 15%

    Hi! Over the past year/years, I've been using Common Clouds which is 10%. It works well and I've been using it both morning and evening every day for a long time, never reacted to it. I want to try a stronger one now and wonder how best to make the transition? Should I introduce 15% gradually like when starting Azelaic Acid for the first time, or can I switch directly? If I should start gradually – should I continue with Common Clouds on the days I don't test this, or stop it completely during the transition? I have sensitive skin (but as mentioned, never been sensitive to Common Clouds) and a history of severe acne which I luckily got rid of after isotretinoin treatment a few years ago.

      Hi Emma 😊 I would recommend completely pausing your other product and then starting a new acclimation with this one. It can always be good since it’s a completely new product for the skin and also with a higher strength. Hope this one becomes just as big a favorite! Have a great day 💌

    Refillable?

    Is the travel bottle that is 10 ml also refillable, or is it only the bottles that are 30+ ml that can be refilled with the refill?

    Question about product combination

    Does this one or Puritos Oat-in Intense Cream work best if I plan to use Common Clouds Azelaic Acid and have Puritos Dermide Cica Barrier Sleeping Pack at home? I have dry skin, easily gets dry in the winter, sensitive and with a previously damaged barrier, very acne-prone and easily gets red. I also have red pigmentation from acne.
