Disappointment unfortunately..
A brow wax that definitely keeps the brows in place, in that way one of the better ones I've tested. BUT already after a week, the wax in the jar started to turn white, even though the lid was on, the little "plastic plate" was left in place, and the cleaned brush was used after each application. And now, a month later or so, it is COMPLETELY white and rock hard. I didn't even get to use half of the jar.. I've seen that several have experienced the same problem. So tip from me, don't spend your money on this if you haven't planned to use up the whole jar within a couple of weeks before it hardens completely 😓1 product in post Disappointment unfortunately..227 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHey Evelina! 🥰 Sounds good that the wax keeps the brows in place well ✨ It's a shame that it became a disappointment since it has started to turn white after a few weeks. There are a few different reasons, like small amounts of air, water, or oil from the skin coming into contact with the wax and affecting its consistency. Small residues of cleansing agents from the brush can also change the product's properties, but you seem to have taken good care of both the brush and the jar ❤ I see that someone has written that someone poured in a little water and let it sit and that it worked, but if you suspect that there is something defective with the product, you can register a complaint on My Pages - Order History - Claim, and we can help you look further and get back to you via email 📧
