Can this product be used on highlights done at the hairdresser that have turned a bit orange? 💐

Hello Felicia 👋 Thank you for your question! Yes, it can help to tone down warm tones in some cases, but the Color Fresh Mask Cool Espresso is primarily designed for medium to dark brown hair. On lighter highlights, it can therefore make them darker and give a browner tone, rather than just neutralizing the orange. If the highlights are light blonde and have pulled towards orange, a product with blue or blue-purple pigments is usually a better choice to neutralize the warm tones. To get the best help, I would recommend you contact us via email at fraga@lyko.se. In the email, please also send a picture of your hair in daylight, so we can take a closer look and recommend products we think will suit you and your hair best. Take care 💖

I have dark brown hair with some lighter highlights that I got done at the hairdresser. I feel like my highlights are a bit orange, which one should I choose then, blue or green?

Hello Felicia! 👋 To neutralize orange tones, you use the shampoo with blue pigments 💙 The green is for neutralizing red pigments ♥️ And the purple neutralizes yellow 💛 Have a great day! 🌞
