First of all, very short cord. I usually use a hairdryer - never had the challenge I got now. My arm and hand hurt trying to twist my hair and head near this product but also to be able to stand in front of the mirror at the same time. I have thin hair but a lot of hair. I didn't get the volume I requested when purchasing. You get more volume and fullness in your hair by blow-drying with a dryer and curling brush.
Additionally, it is quite loud.
I think this is very unfortunate - mostly to have something you don't want to use, takes up space at home, wasted money, but most of all I'm irritated and disappointed.
If you just want to blow-dry hair, and aren't that concerned about it - buy mine from me.
