    Can't be removed

    The mascara strongly clumps the lashes. Very hard to remove. I lost a lot of lashes when trying to remove it.

      Hi Gosia! We're sorry to hear that you lost some lashes during makeup removal. This is a tubing mascara, so it doesn't come off with traditional methods like regular mascara. To remove it, you need to wet your lashes with warm water and gently slide the product off with your fingers. The mascara then comes off in small "tubes" surrounding the lashes. ❤️
