Swipe a pad lightly over dry, freshly cleansed skin (avoid the eyes), do not rinse off, pat in the remaining essence and continue with serum and moisturizer; in the morning finish with SPF. They can be used daily and contain gentle ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, and centella, but if you are sensitive, you can start with 2-3 evenings a week and increase as needed. A tip is that you can tear the pad into smaller pieces and place them on cheeks/forehead for 3-5 minutes as a mini-mask for extra hydration and glow.
