    Broken packaging

    Great concealer that I keep coming back to :) However, in my latest order, the packaging was broken, so it can't be twisted up, it just 'clicks' around when you turn it.

      Hey Hannah😊 How nice to hear that you like the concealer – it’s really a favorite among many! So sad that the packaging was damaged upon delivery. Of course, you should be able to use the product as intended, and it’s absolutely fine to make a claim. You can do this most easily through your order history and under the product.
