Previously, my hair was dry/frizzy, almost coarse (no, I'm not joking). I went into a Lyko store in my area and got a recommendation for this combo. I first bought the regular standard bottles and shit, I fell in love. My hair became sooooo soft and smooth and easy to manage. I ended up buying large packs that have lasted for 9-10 months. I always shampoo at least twice and about the same amount of conditioner in the lengths too. I wash 2 times/week. It worked really well for my hair! I have fine but a lot of hair.
