Updated text. I have now used this as a pre-wash treatment for 5 months. I apply a bit to the lengths and leave it on for half an hour before showering. If I’m going to use K18 in my hair wash, I avoid this product on those washes. I use quite a lot of product because my hair can handle it, so in the picture you can see how much I’ve used. Abbey Young has lots of tips, instructions, and more in-depth info if you want to check it out. I feel like my hair isn’t as dry after showering. It also feels a bit less tangled, which is super nice since my hair gets very tangled after showering. However, I need to try this more to really see the final result, but so far it feels good! The first month I also started with K18 where I used the K18 mask 5 times in a row and then once a month, so it’s hard to tell how much it did in the beginning. But now I’ve used the product regularly for 5 months and it feels like it has made a difference. I would definitely recommend others to try it if they experience dry or damaged lengths.
