Hey! Just curious about how the rating is calculated? 1.6 sounds low considering that 18/22 have given a 5?1 product in post The rating163 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 7 monthsHello 😊👋 Lyko calculates the average rating based on the actual ratings, but also takes into account data such as how old the rating is and whether the user has purchased the product from us (verified buyer) in the calculation. Any ratings from employees at Lyko are not included in the total average rating 🤗1 likes
