I love Igora Vibrance otherwise, have used several different shades with great results, but this one unfortunately turned my blonde hair blue. I like the cool tone and there's plenty of color, it lasts with one package, especially since the gel consistency makes it much easier to work with. 9.5-19 looks rosy-lilac during the processing time, which might scare many into rinsing it out too early, but it doesn't turn pink even though it looks like that! A favorite!
Always come back to this hair mask. It really only takes 3 minutes for my hair to be soft and shiny. All the other masks I've tried required longer time to notice any significant difference. One downside that brings the rating down a bit is that they changed the scent to a very strong men's perfume-like scent, which makes it hard for me to leave it in overnight like I used to when it had a milder nice scent. Works well, turns my golden hair into a cool blonde, works quickly too, I always leave it in for max 1 min. However, it is extremely drying, worse than other silver shampoos.
