Causes painful bumps on the scalp
I have never had any allergic reactions to cosmetics, but after just 30 minutes of use, this causes really painful bumps on my scalp. The product contains strong essential oils, and I guess they irritate the scalp's irritation.1 product in post Causes painful bumps on the scalp715 views- The user's roll: Employees at Lyko. The comment was made 2 weeksHi there 🌸 Oh no, that doesn’t sound nice at all 💗 Skin reactions can of course vary from person to person, even if you haven’t reacted to cosmetic products before. If the product causes painful rash or pimples on the scalp within about 30 minutes, we recommend not using the product again. It could be an individual reaction to an ingredient. However, if you suspect there is something wrong with the product, you can of course file a complaint through "My Pages," and we will gladly help you resolve the issue. Hopefully your scalp feels better soon! 🌷

Pore-clogging ingredients and cosmetic acne
Pore-clogging ingredients. I rarely react to any cosmetics, but after two uses, my scalp, neck, and back were full of painful pimples even though I washed my skin thoroughly after using conditioner. After stopping the use of the product, my skin immediately calmed down. I generally don’t even have pimples or acne. My hair did like it, though.1 product in post Pore-clogging ingredients and cosmetic acne304 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 5 monthsHi Ida, Thank you for your message, sorry to hear about the reaction you experienced! ❤️ It seems that your scalp and skin pores are reacting to the ingredients in the product, even though you usually don’t react to cosmetics. Some products, especially intensive conditioners and masks, can contain oily or pore-clogging ingredients (like shea butter, avocado and almond oils, esters) that can cause cosmetic acne or pimples if the product comes into contact with your pores. It’s good that stopping use helped immediately – this is a typical sign of a sensitivity reaction. The product is designed for curly and wavy hair, but unfortunately not all products suit all skin types, especially sensitive or easily clogged skin 💕
