      Hi Ingrid! Yes, I would say you can, as there are no strong ingredients in it, and if you apply just a little and combine it with an eye cream that locks in moisture in the skin. However, do not apply too close to the lashes or on the eyelid itself, as it is not specifically made for that area. Try it first on one eye/a smaller area and see how it feels.
