I find it very difficult to rate, but of the sulfate-free shampoos I have tested, I think this one has cleaned the best without making my scalp dry. I feel that my scalp at least becomes less dry from this shampoo than from other, cheaper shampoos. However, the product does not change my underlying problem - that my hair is thin and gets greasy quickly while my scalp is almost always dry. However, the price is hard to justify as a staple. But I like it and it smells really good!
I have used this on and off for ten years, and even when I have strayed and tried Cerave and other products, this is the one I long to return to. It cleanses thoroughly without drying out (even though you obviously always need to moisturize after cleansing). I really love it.
