Most lip balms are just protective and sit on top like a layer without adding moisture, so you feel like you have to apply it all the time. This one really sinks into the skin and truly moisturizes. The lips feel soft, hydrated, and calm for a long time, without me needing to reapply all the time. It restores the moisture level so well that you can see a plumping effect on the lips.
