I have blonde highlights and this helps to keep the shade cool! I use it once a month and it’s enough for my Scandinavian hair. I shampoo first with any shampoo, rinse out. Then I apply this silver shampoo from Joico all over my hair and let it sit for 10 minutes, massaging until lather and rinse out. I finish with conditioner on the lengths.
