Smells bad!
Had high hopes for this, but was disappointed. Those who say this doesn’t smell like self-tanner, I don’t understand. It’s true that it doesn’t smell right away. Upon application, it smells fresh and nice, but after 4-6 hours the smell comes. Just like when it starts to work. It’s the classic self-tanner smell. Also surprised how brown it got after one application considering it’s a gradual lotion. But the smell was awful.!1 product in post Smells bad!449 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 2 weeksHi Birgit! 🥰 Regarding the scent, it is actually quite common for self-tanning products to develop a more typical self-tanning smell after a few hours, when the color starts to develop on the skin. How much you notice this also varies from person to person. It sounds like the product gave more color than you expected from a gradual lotion, but we understand well that you didn’t get the experience you hoped for when the scent development became so prominent for you.
