    Doesn't work

    I've tried everything with this, but it constantly rolls away, clumps, and comes off when applying makeup. Way too expensive.

      According to Milk's info, it can be used with any type of foundation as long as you let it absorb. With water-based primer + water-based foundation, it should work best, but unfortunately...
