New formula doesn't live up to the old one
I usually never give reviews, but in this case, I can't help it. I've used this lip balm for almost two years. I ordered a new tube a while ago and discovered to my dismay that they changed the formula. The new one is not nearly as good for dry lips in the long run. I found that the old formula made my lips significantly less dry over time, but the new version doesn't do that. HUGE disappointment, because now the hunt for a new product that works for recurring dry lips begins... So sad that they replaced the old product!Translated from swedish

Oh, what a shame that it hasn't worked as well as before ❤️ It's always a bit extra disappointing when a favorite doesn't quite live up to expectations. Now that we're heading into colder and drier times, the lips are affected quite a bit, which can make them extra sensitive.
