The shampoo and conditioner smell good, and that's all. The hair becomes very dry and feels stiff. It is frizzy afterwards. Not recommended and I will never use this again

Try using less shampoo and focus on the scalp. Let the conditioner sit for 3-5 minutes and comb through the hair before rinsing. A moisturizing mask once a week and a leave-in product can also make a big difference. If you have hard water, a clarifying (chelating) shampoo can help with mineral buildup.
