It is a nail polish remover for gel polish (Gel iQ) that dissolves the polish so you can remove it without filing it off. It contains acetone, among other things, which breaks down the gel. It “softens” the gel polish so it loosens from the nail instead of you having to file it off, which is gentler on the nails.
