The color and formula on this!! 😍
Was so lucky to receive the new “Line + Fill” from Milk Makeup as #lykoinflutester! I chose this in the color “Bet.” Which I thought looked like the coolest nude shade (I don’t suit warm colors on my lips). And if there’s one thing I really love to test, it’s new lip products. Especially lip liners. And just after the first swipe, I was sold. Have used this every single day since! 🥹 First of all, the color is 10/10! Truly a color that suits me and is perfect for everyday 👏🏻 The formula is also absolutely lovely. It glides on like butter and melts into the lips. Incredibly comfortable to wear, even when I use it all over the lips like a lipstick. Super pigmented, so you don’t need to apply many layers. I also think it blurs the lips a bit, definitely doesn’t emphasize lines 😃 But what maybe surprised me the most was how long I felt it lasted on the lips after it dried down. Because considering the soft texture, my experience is that such lip products are not long-lasting at all. But I would definitely say this one is long-lasting. It obviously doesn’t hold as well on the entire lip, but the lip line stays pretty well on me throughout the day. Big plus also that it’s so moisturizing, it doesn’t dry out the lips at all 💦 Also like the packaging a lot. Especially that you can twist it up and down, and that it has a sharpener at the bottom. But also how quickly it goes on since it’s quite thick. Nice color, but not very matte
Was so lucky to receive the relaunch of the “Lip + Cheek Blur Stick” from Milk Makeup as #lykoinflutester! 🤍 I’ve been so incredibly excited about the relaunch of Milk Makeup’s iconic makeup sticks, as I was never a big fan of the previous version of these sticks. What’s new is mainly: ▫️More product, 8 g instead of 6 g. ▫️New shape of the sticks and new packaging with a new closing mechanism. And there’s a picture of the color on the top. ▫️Creamy formula that contains lots of skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, jojoba seed oil, etc. ▫️More color shades (24 before, now 32) The difference between this and the regular “Lip + Cheek” is that this one is supposed to have a blurring, matte effect on the skin as well. I chose this in the color “Vapor.” A beautiful mauvy pink 🩷 I prefer to apply this directly on a brush instead of directly on the cheeks. Mostly to have more control over the product and to be sure I don’t ruin the base underneath. But honestly, these are so soft and creamy that I doubt they would ruin the base. But this color is also incredibly pigmented, so applying it like that can be pretty smart 😃 The formula is so smooth and easy to blend for an even result. But honestly, I don’t see much of the blurring and matte effect it’s supposed to give. I actually think I look quite glowy after applying. Luckily, I prefer glowy cheeks over matte ✨ This is also incredibly nice on the lips to get a tone-on-tone look with lips and cheeks. Moisturizing and a nice color that matches the cheeks 🥰 I’m also a big fan of the new packaging. It looks much more luxurious now than before. And being able to see the color on the top is a big plus. Very happy with this. The perfect natural blush for fair skin!
Was so lucky to receive the relaunch of the “Lip + Cheek Stick” from Milk Makeup as #lykoinflutester! 🩷 I’ve been so incredibly excited about the relaunch of Milk Makeup’s iconic makeup sticks, as I was never a big fan of the previous version of these sticks. What’s new is mainly: ▫️More product, 8 g instead of 6 g. ▫️New shape of the sticks and new packaging with a new closing mechanism. And there is a picture of the color on the top. ▫️Creamy formula that contains lots of skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, jojoba seed oil, etc. ▫️More color shades (24 before, now 32) I chose this one in the color “Dash,” which is also the only color from the previous sticks I had. And honestly, it had no pigment. You could barely see that I had anything on my cheeks. That’s why I was really excited about this color in the new formula! 😬 ..and it did not disappoint! This must be one of the nicest blush colors I have. It’s subtle but at the same time so fresh 🩷 Easy to build up, but also easy to just apply a little color on the cheeks. Something that isn’t always the case with cream blushes or blush in general. I prefer to apply this directly on a brush instead of directly on the cheeks. Mostly to have more control over the product and to be sure I don’t ruin the base underneath. But honestly, these are so soft and creamy that I doubt they will ruin the base 😇 The formula is so smooth and easy to blend to get an even result. It gives a satin finish, so a nice and natural glow on the cheeks. I’m also a big fan of the new packaging. It looks much more luxurious now than before. And being able to see the color on the top is a big plus. This is also incredibly nice on the lips, to get a tone-on-tone look with lips and cheeks. Moisturizing and nice color 💋 I’ve used this every day since I first tested it. Really love it! What’s new is mainly: ▫️More product, 8 g instead of 6 g. ▫️New shape of the sticks and new packaging with a new closing mechanism. And there’s a picture of the color on the top. ▫️Creamy formula that contains lots of skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, jojoba seed oil, etc. ▫️More color shades (24 before, now 32) I’m quite fair, so I chose this in the lightest shade “Dazed.” It worked really well as a bronzer on me 🤎 Not too orange or red in undertone. Instead of applying this directly to the skin, I prefer to apply the bronzer to my brush before applying it to get the most control over where and how much bronzer I apply. It’s easier to build up than to remove too much bronzer. But it can definitely be applied directly to the skin too 😇 This blends like a dream and sits incredibly nicely on the skin 😃 Doesn’t really look that matte actually, as the skin gets a very nice glow from it. But that doesn’t bother me. It’s very pigmented, so you don’t need to apply much at once. I’m also a big fan of the new packaging. It looks much more luxurious now than before. And being able to see the color on the top is a big plus. I can definitely see many people liking this! Perfect contour shade for fair skin 👏🏻
Was so lucky to receive the relaunch of the “Quick Sculpt Stick” from Milk Makeup as #lykoinflutester! 🩶 I’ve been so incredibly excited about the relaunch of Milk Makeup’s iconic makeup sticks, as I was never a big fan of the previous version of these sticks. What’s new is mainly: ▫️More product, 8 g instead of 6 g. ▫️New shape of the sticks and new packaging with a new closing mechanism. And there’s a picture of the color on the top. ▫️Creamy formula that contains lots of skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, jojoba seed oil, etc. ▫️More color shades (24 before, now 32) I’m quite fair, so I took this in the lightest shade “Smolder.” Which actually turned out perfect for me. It’s the perfect cool contour shade that doesn’t get gray and ashy, but also not too warm. Already with the first swipe over my face, I noticed that this was something completely different than the previous contour stick from Milk Makeup. It glides on like a dream, blends seamlessly (even over powder), and is anything but patchy. Even the nose was a dream to sculpt with this. I also like that it contains so much skincare, and how incredibly pigmented it is. Doesn’t ruin the base when applied directly on the skin 👏🏻 I’m also a big fan of the new packaging. It looks much more luxurious now than before. And being able to see the color on the top is a big plus. Easy to twist up and down, and the shape of the stick makes the application not too thick and hard 😍 I have nothing negative to say about this. Cosmetics' new "Set it Bright Powder Quad" 🩷 I like that it mattifies, color corrects, and brightens. And the skin becomes silky soft after application. Good ingredients! But no "wow effect"
Was lucky to receive Estelle&Thild's new Vivid View Volume Mascara in "Black" to test, like #lykoinflutester 🩷 I am often very skeptical of new mascaras because I (my lashes) am very picky about mascara, and I need a mascara that holds the curl on my lashes. Something almost only waterproof or tubing mascaras do for me. And I always use an eyelash curler. The packaging is okay, a bit boring.. And the brush is bigger than my favorite mascaras have. I mostly like mascaras with smaller brushes in silicone/plastic. This one has a classic brush with bristles. The application is very good! It doesn't dry immediately, so it's easy to build up with two coats. The result it gave was a bit of length and a bit of volume. But the staying power was very good! No panda eyes, flaking, or mascara on the eyelids after a whole day at work 👏🏻 I also think the curl on the lashes held up well throughout the day. Not as well as with a waterproof or tubing mascara, but definitely good hold! Additionally, I really like that it contains nourishing ingredients to soften the lashes 💦 But I thought it took incredibly long to remove. It usually works for me to start with micellar water first, then cleanse the whole face, to get all mascara off. But with this one, I had to use even more micellar water after cleansing to remove the last bit of mascara. Not a new favorite for occasions when I need a "wow effect," but I will definitely continue to use it daily because of the ingredients 🤍 #estellthild1 product in post Good ingredients! Glass skin glow!
I was so lucky to receive Estelle&Thild’s new Morning Glow Radiant Primer to test out, like #lykoinflutester 🩷 Usually, I really like a glowy base and love to start my makeup routine with products that give a lot of glow. So I thought this would be something for me! I’ve tested this a couple of times now, and here’s what I’ve come to: ▫️If you use a lot of different skincare before makeup, like I do - this can react with some skincare products and peel 😬 ▫️BUT if you use minimal serum and toner, and skip moisturizer before applying this primer, it sits really nicely on the skin. Since it’s very moisturizing, you can actually replace your moisturizer with this! The consistency is thin and runny, and melts so nicely into the skin. I like to apply it with my fingers first, and then press it properly in with a makeup brush. It absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn’t feel sticky. This is not a grippy primer, but a primer that makes the skin look smoother and will make it easier to get a nice base with makeup on top. All CC creams and foundations I’ve tested with this have applied so nicely with this underneath 👏🏻 I also notice that I don’t need as much foundation on top of this, as the skin looks so even and glowy. The scent is also very nice! I like the packaging a lot. It’s easy to get the right amount of product out. And since it’s in a plastic tube, you can easily get the last bit out when it’s empty – by cutting it open! The glow you get is really a “glass skin glow.” Not sparkly at all, but almost a kind of pearly effect. So it’s perfect to use on days without makeup too 🥰 All in all, a very nice glowy primer that I will definitely continue to use, as I love how my base looks with this underneath 🩷 #estellthild1 product in post Glass skin glow!105 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator.
