Hi. Used this for the first time today. I don't feel any vibration. Completely silent on both 1, 2, and 3. I see that others are saying it vibrates strongly already on level 1. The comment was made 3 weeksHi and thanks for the feedback! 🙌 There can be several reasons why you don't notice a clear vibration: -Microcurrents are not necessarily the same as noticeable vibration. Users have reported feeling little or nothing. -You need to use a water-based or well-conductive serum before use, otherwise the current may not be conducted optimally. -It is completely normal for sensitivity to vary — some feel a lot, others feel little. The device also works on a micron level and can be more subtle than expected. -Check that the device gives LED light and beeps when it is turned on — this indicates that it is working. If after proper preparation and use (cleansed skin + serum + pressure) you still feel no sensation at all, then it is reasonable to assume that the product may be defective — and then you can register the case as a complaint so that we can take the product in for a check 💪 Wishing you a nice day ahead 💓1 likes
