Good but beware if you have sensitive eyes
I am loyal to a thick and simple face cream without perfume from another brand that Lyko sells, so I was naturally a bit excited to break up my routine with this cream from Klairs. I have a dry and sensitive skin type and like to go with gentle exfoliation and lots of moisture. 💧 I think my skin looks nice and a bit shiny/glossy in a good way when I use this. So unfortunately comes the downside - I react a bit to something in the cream, so if I apply it too close to my eyes, it irritates. I didn't apply it all the way in, but still got such a reaction. So unfortunately, I think this will have to be used on hands and body going forward. 🙈 The packaging: when I opened the box and saw the tube, I was a bit disappointed because it looked very much like an old-fashioned metal/aluminum tube, but it is plastic. It's not a crisis in my opinion, but there is something charming about the real version of the look Klairs has gone for. I also wish the cap was attached to the tube and didn't have to be screwed on and off, it's so easy to lose it on the floor. The ingredients are also only listed on the cardboard packaging, not on the tube itself. It would be nice to be able to check them if one were to have an allergic reaction or similar 💝 #lykoinflutester #klairs1 product in post Good but beware if you have sensitive eyes497 views- The comment was made 14 hoursThank you so much for your thoughtful and honest review! Nice for ‘taming’
I often use this in the lengths after blow-drying (I use other heat-protective products then), to smooth out frizz and postpartum hair. I also often apply it again in the lengths the day after washing to protect the hair a little extra! Very reasonable price and gives a smooth and nice result! 😊 Minus for not being heat-protective, and that it’s a bit easy to use too much so the hair can look a bit greasy.1 product in post Nice for ‘taming’2611 views- The comment was made 1 monthIt has heat protection up to 180 degrees, it says on the back of the bottle🥰1 likes

A bit strong for the eyes
An affordable sunscreen that gives a nice glow, but unfortunately also a bit of irritated eyes no matter how carefully I apply it 🥲1 product in post A bit strong for the eyes985 views- The user's roll: Former employee. Great value for money
I prefer conditioners with silicone in my hair, and this one does its job! Also a plus that Dove doesn't test on animals, and of course the friendly price!1 product in post Great value for money1068 views - The post was made 5 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Scented candle under the arms?
Deodorant - a product that one has quite high (?) expectations for in my case 🤔 I have hyperhidrosis (overactive sweat glands) under my arms, and I rely on a pretty strong antiperspirant to avoid odor and moisture. Furthermore, I appreciate a pleasant and not too strong scent, that the price is okay, and that it doesn't irritate the skin. I usually use a cheap stick from Dove that I am quite satisfied with (also bought at Lyko 🤓). About design/user-friendliness: I should have filmed the assembly of this product - with my postpartum brain, it was actually not obvious how this should be done 😂 It ended with a bit of spillage, but in the end, the container with the product was in place as it should be. However, the cap doesn't sit very well on, and perhaps worst of all, the antiperspirant tends to dry quite well between uses, so I have to roll and drag the "ball" over my skin before it moves again. It's a bit annoying. I also think the bottle is a bit too anonymous, you can hardly see the Estrid logo. I'm also not completely sold on refills when it comes to deo, it would have to be a slightly nicer container, for example in metal? ☀️ Effect and scent: Unfortunately not 10/10 on effect, I have to wash and reapply daily, and I sweat "through". The scent is quite nice - a type of unisex, smells a bit like a scented candle you would like to have in the bathroom 🌊 In the first few days, I noticed the scent well, but now I have completely gotten used to it and hardly think about it anymore (for better or worse 😅 All in all, an okay product. But I am probably loyal to the simple things, and preferably to a stick that doesn't #lykoinflutester #estrid have drying time, in this case!1 product in post Scented candle under the arms?98 views Line

Made shaving harder
I usually don't use any product while shaving, and I think it works just fine. I have sensitive skin but find that it gets more irritated if I use foam. Maybe because the shave gets even closer? But it was still nice to try out this shaving gel, along with other products from Estrid that I've also reviewed. The design is like the razor - fresh and modern, just visible in the shower. A bit hard to get back on top of the bottle when you have foam on your hands. Unfortunately, the shave was too close, causing my skin to get irritated and red. The scent of the gel is nice. But this one will be passed to my partner for his beard! #lykoinflutester #estrid 🙈 #lyko1 product in post Made shaving harder3044 views- The user's roll: Former employee. The comment was made 5 monthsHi! Thanks for sharing your honest experience 💛 So sorry that the shaving gel made shaving harder for you, especially with sensitive skin. It’s very individual what works – but it’s great that you got to test it, and that your partner might benefit from it instead! 🙌🏼 Hope you find products that suit your skin better moving forward 😊

Clumpy things
Always exciting to test new products that you use often! I associate Estrid with fresh design and sponsorship deals with influencers on social media, so I was excited to finally try this Swedish product. 🤔 Always great to have Scandinavian brands these days, so I hoped I would like these razor blades! But unfortunately. Compared to razor blades from other brands (which I have used for maaany years now), Estrid just doesn't quite measure up. My skin gets quite sore and irritated if I press a little too hard, and it's a bit difficult to gauge the strength with these blades. The design is a bit clumpy, which especially makes maneuvering around joints challenging. 🥲 After a bit of practice, it goes fine, but I still found it a bit disappointing! Plus for the design of the razor it belongs to, which I have written a separate review of 🌸 A nice splash of color in the shower! #lykoinflutester #estrid1 product in post Clumpy things720 views- The user's roll: Former employee. The comment was made 5 monthsHi!💙 Thank you so much for a thoughtful review 🌸 It's such a shame that the razor blades didn't quite meet your expectations, especially when you were hoping for a new favorite. It's always a bit extra disappointing when it comes to a product you use often. I hope you find something that suits your skin better – and it's always a plus to have a bit of color in the shower! 😊💛

Fancy, but not the best
I have used Gilette razors for years, both for men and women, as both work perfectly at a pretty reasonable price if you buy in bulk. I was therefore a bit excited to try out a new razor, and one that I have seen a lot on social media in recent years! The Estrid starter kit looks very fresh and inviting, modern and simple design 🌸 The suction cup actually sticks like it's molded to the tiles, AND is easy to move if needed. The razor is also satisfyingly easy to place in the holder - simple pleasures are important! 😅 Then there are some downsides. The razor is heavy - it reminds me of my partner's battery-operated razor from a few years back. I think the extra weight is more of a downside than a plus, it makes the razor a bit more cumbersome to use? Without me quite understanding why. Then there's the actual result. I tried using Estrid's shaving gel (which I also review here on Lyko), but it was as if it was shaved TOO closely. My skin burned and the hair follicles became a bit irritated and red afterward. Without shaving gel, it went better, but still a bit more sensitive skin than when using my regular razor. I also think the blade is a bit too bulky and thick, not so ergonomic around the joint for example. The price is good, considering that you get a stand, that the product seems solid, and that it comes with extra blades. Would I buy the product again? Probably not - never change a winning team 🙈 #estrid #lykoinflutester1 product in post Fancy, but not the best5325 views- The user's roll: Former employee. The comment was made 5 monthsHi!💜 Thank you so much for your thorough and honest feedback 💛 So glad you liked the design and the solution with the holder – simple pleasures really do make a difference! At the same time, it's very understandable that the weight and the shaving experience didn't quite hit the mark for you. I hope you continue with what works best for your skin – as you say: never change a winning team 😄🌸
