Pretty but dry
It sticks to the lips and has a nice color (I have ruby true). But it feels during the day. HOW should I moisturize it? If I use a moisturizer (like Decubal), it acts like makeup remover and the lip gets smeared. I also can't apply more color without removing the moisturizer.
