Is this the same as BLUR that came in a tube with a silver cap? It’s the best thing I’ve found in a long time, and now that I wanted to buy a new one, I can’t find it, and my heart is breaking! It has a new formula, but the feel, coverage, and finish are quite similar! Shade-wise, I would recommend 1.5 which has the same undertone 🙌 Hope you like it at least as much!
