How is this supposed to be used?
I'm wondering how the dosing pipette is supposed to be used since it looks like there's just a top that you screw off? Did I misunderstand something about this top?

  Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I can't get this solution to work on the product I received. I can unscrew it a bit from the outer cap, but then it’s stuck tight, I can't even get it loose with pliers!
