    Poor at moisturizing and detangling hair. Fresh scent, though very strong/perfumed. I will use up the product but won't buy it again. I have also written a review of the shampoo.

    Doesn't hold up to what it promises

    I bought the shampoo and conditioner after all the fantastic reviews I read here. Therefore, I was very surprised and skeptical when I used them as I found this to be among the worst I have tried 🤔 🧖‍♀️My hair is dry, as is my scalp. I have long, wavy, and thick hair, as well as bleached/highlights. 🧴It had a fresh but very perfumed scent - not for the sensitive. It made my hair extremely tangled and hard to detangle, almost like steel wool. I lost some hair because of this. My scalp also became even drier. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue to use the whole bottle. ❌In the description, it claims to moisturize, make hair soft and shiny. For me, it was the exact opposite. I later saw that it contains SLS, which can cause irritation.

All hair types and scalps react differently to hair care products, and with bleached, long, and wavy hair, the need for moisture and gentle ingredients can be especially important. For those with dry or sensitive scalps, our Calm Shampoo and conditioner series might be a better option, as it’s developed with extra focus on being mild and balancing for the scalp.
