I was really looking forward to getting this curling iron home, which is unique regarding the 44mm diameter, to create big curls. The ad lacked an explanation of how the product works. But I wanted to give it a chance anyway and ordered it. It looked very luxurious in a nice packaging with a silicone mat. It may seem obvious to use heat-protective gloves with such a product, but there should have at least been something about it, or it should have come with the product. It was difficult to handle for a home user, and I burned myself quite badly on my hand. The product design could have been better by having an extra flap that holds the hair curls in place instead of using your hand on the hot tong. A video in the ad could have been good to get a 3-D perception of the product.
Unfortunately, it was returned.
