Product without sealing?
Hi! Is this sold completely without sealing? I just received my order and the product was in a cardboard packaging that looked relatively crumpled/opened. That's not unusual in itself, it happens during shipping, but when I took out the serum, there was no sealing, but rather sticky residues in the area around the joint between the applicator and the tube, and it could be scraped off in a way that resembles a classic tape sealing. One more thing that made me react was that the opening of the tube and the inside of the cap part were relatively sticky, usually it should be completely clean the first time you open it, regardless of what type of product it contains. It looked a bit like the brush had been taken out, scraped off at the edge, and put back in! Could it be that I received a return that wasn't checked? Or is it sold completely without sealing and is a bit carelessly manufactured/a Monday product? Since it is a product used near the eye mucosa, I am of course hesitant to use it now! :)Translated from swedish
