    Defective product

    I have followed the instructions to the letter, but it won't start. I see several others here have had the same problem. Don’t waste your time :/

      Hello 😊 Here is a quick checklist that often solves the issue of the device not starting: remove any transport lock or plastic tab, hold down the power button for 3–5 seconds (some require 10–15 seconds), charge with the original charger and check that the charging indicator lights up, make sure the battery is properly seated, and let the device cool down before trying again. If it’s still dead, register a complaint via My Pages → Order History → select the order → “Complaint” and attach a short video showing that it won’t start as well as a picture of the serial number.

    Go-to hair color for several years

    Much cheaper than other semi-permanent hair colors, but I think it works just as well and causes minimal damage to the hair :)
