The comment was made 3 weeksHi, okay, from what I've heard, it should work with a soft washcloth and warm water, at least 38 °C, and hold it gently against the lashes for a moment before carefully pulling off the mascara. Avoid rubbing or picking it off dry, as this can irritate the eyes and lashes. If it doesn't come off right away, you can repeat the procedure with fresh warm water 😊

Shake the bottle, hold it upright, and press the pump all the way down. Also check that the spray opening is not partially clogged and gently wipe the nozzle.
