    Not satisfied with the result

    I really like the packaging with the glass bowl, etc. BUT to be called black/brown, it wasn't even a hint of cool in the color, but a very warm brown. So unfortunately nothing I will buy again. However, I will keep the glass bowl for Depends brow color in dark brown, which is actually very cool.

      Hey Martina! 👋🏻😊 Thanks for your clear review – undertones can really shift depending on the natural color of the hair strand and how long the color is allowed to develop 💫 For a cooler result for the brows, you can try RefectoCil 1.1 Graphite, which gives an ashy tone, or Depend Brunsvart, which is often perceived as cooler 🤎 Hope this helps others who are hunting for a really cool brow shade! Fun that the glass bowl is coming into use! 🌼
