      I also had the same problem with the one I bought at Lyko. I contacted Lucent directly and got a new charger. So now it works. Customer service deluxe 😀 Super satisfied with the toothbrush and its features ✨

      Hi Mathea! I assume that there is a shelf life after opening marked on the back of the products. It usually says something like '12 M' inside the icon on a jar on the back😍 Have a nice day🌸
