    Not at all like the picture

    Hard to capture the color in the picture. But I used 7.11 Ultra ash blonde on my hair which was dark at the roots and blonde in the lengths. The lengths turned gray-green and look really dull. Then for some very strange reason my roots turned orange? Don’t understand how that happened since it got lighter. The first picture is before. Extremely dissatisfied with the color!

      If the ends are dry, green is possible. If you don’t leave the color on for the maximum time, it will stay a warm color. Ash only starts to set in the hair at the very end, after the color has opened the hair enough. Only then can the ash tones get into the hair. That’s how I understand it.
